Krystal AS and Industrilim AS merge into one company

Krystal AS is a Norwegian glue manufacturer, and has supplied adhesive products to the industry in the Scandinavian market since 1910. The company Industrilim AS has for more than 30 years been a distributor of adhesives, sealants and chemicals to the industry.

Krystal AS is a Norwegian glue manufacturer and has supplied adhesive products to the industry in the Scandinavian market since 1910. The company Industrilm AS has for more than 20 years been a distributor of adhesives, sealants and chemicals to the industry.

Krystal AS and Industrilim AS decided on 29 September to merge the companies through a merger and where Krystal AS is the acquiring company.

The reason for the merger is to strengthen our position as a manufacturer and solution provider. We will offer a broader product range, we will strengthen expertise and advisory services in-house – and not least, we will be able to further increase the pace of innovation and development to meet market expectations and requirements for sustainable solutions.
